The staff is working hard and the quality they put out is good but, they do seem to be very overwhelmed. You will definitely not receive a welcome or thank you but, this is understandable.

Only downside was (a) you ran out of OJ, why couldn't you just run across the parking lot to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods or Target?! Had to wait for the smoothie because no one called to say the ingredient was out.
