I prefer to order online because I have a small child and it in theory makes it so much quicker. Yet, every time I order online I end up waiting just as long as if I had ordered in store. So what’s the point. Replacing my drink size I ordered with a larger one doesn’t change that I had to wait when my whole goal is for it to be quick. Online order time lines need to be improved drastically

The service was fast and to my satisfaction.

I’m not happy when I got my order it was sad looking the presentation wasn’t great. Plus I asked and paid for extra granola and I barely got any.

Workers made themselves bowls of fruit and smoothies and ate them while then finally making mine. Warning they flipped the tip percentages so it's high to low so you accidentally tip them more

Customer service was excellent! They were helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get in and out of store quickly. Thank you The app was a bit difficult to place my order. It took several tries just to be able to order.

2 out of 3 smoothies were very bland and off. The elderberry and berry banana. Might want to check the ingredients or recipe

My order said it was going to be ready 20min after but it was ready about 40min later and the fruit was squishy

Had to wait 10 minutes to get a drink that was made 20 minutes ago through online.

I walked in to pick up my online order and the workers were too busy with their own conversations to welcome me or even acknowledge me. After about 5 minutes of awkwardly standing there, I finally had to interrupt their conversation and ask about my online order.

It’s been iffy the several times I’ve been, honestly. I love close and would love to patronize you more. My smoothie tasted like candy- way too sweet. It turned out they had run out of coconut water, so they took sweetened coconut flakes and soaked them in water to use that as a substitute. . . so basically, smoothies were being made with sugar water, which is the last thing someone ordering a green drink wants to put in their body. To their credit, they remade the smoothie with a different liquid, but I I probably won’t be returning because who knows what bizarre calorie-laden substitute I’ll receive next without being informed.

Your online menu is often missing half the items offered in store. Today only one type smoothie was available. I often don't go to your store if the item I want isn't available online.
