Nekter Juice Bar - Napa

I did not end up with my drink. I waited over 40 minutes and was told that it is still not ready I did a mobile order. This is the third time this is happened I’ve walked away without a drink and paying for it

Wonderful açaí bowl and staff

Great smoothies and bowls but dear lord the workers are SO slow. Takes them more then a half and hour to make a smoothie. Even when it’s completely empty.

Order was completely wrong!

Placed an order at 8:30am for 9am pickup, one green juice. Was not ready until an hour later.

I’ve had really bad experiences here in the last year. Finally, a positive one. I hope it continues this way, as I do like the products. But customer service and efficiency used to be a problem. As mentioned, hopefully things are looking up.

Napa location gives great customer service!

My online order didn’t seem to come through so I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my order,. Supposed to be done in 15, after 20 I asked and it was ready in 10 more. Staff was nice but I was obviously standing there and no one asked until I asked.
