They charged tips without asking.
First time buying here, bought one smoothie and I don’t usually ask for my receipt, but because I wanted to remember what I got in clase I liked it I asked for my receipt. I didn’t noticed until I got home, they charged $3 for tips. I mean, I only give tips If I love the service/product I’m getting.
Definitely not going again.
The staff seemed very careless about their job. I walked in and an employee was on their phone. I wasn’t acknowledged for a while, until another employee spoke to me. All I needed to do is pick up my order. It was overall a very cringey experience.. my order didn’t meet my expectations, I felt like I was being given cold soup. It was nearly all liquid..

Had to wait 20 min after pickup time. I mobile ordered so that it would be ready for me to grab at 1:00 why did I have to wait until 1:25???? I also placed this order 2 hours early, so the workers knew it would need to be ready at 1 two hours in advance and it still wasn’t done.

I would give a better rate of speed but my order when I do mobile is either not ready or they say or yours is next. When mine is the only slip. I get it's early but I live 15 min drive so I order and when I get there and it's not ready. It's a. It frustrating. This is not the first time either. I hope it just a 7am thing.

They needed more staff. They were all very professional and doing their best but with all the online orders and people coming in, it is too much for them. Also I wish your fruits and veg were 100% organic.

Had to wait longer for my app order because my other smoothie was not made. The cashier was very nice and immediately made the other smoothie. Would of received a 10 but the smoothies are a bit thin and needed just a little more ice. I prefer my smoothies slightly thick so I don't drink it in a few sips.
