The staff was super friendly and the drink was great. My only complaint is that the cup wasn't full. There was an inch of space between the juice and the rim of the cup.

Napa location is always out of supplies and need more training for consistency with bowls. Bananas need to be fresher and bowls need to be thicker, not so watery

For the third time you guys had my order have duplicates and thus missing bottles. Assuming the cleanse is a mix for a reason. There are only 6 and that shouldn’t be this late difficult to ensure correctness.

The staff and store are great! My kids and I love it at the Napa Nektar. I would like to see some improvement on the App to order ahead. Not all of the menu items are available.
