Great. I love ordering online and having my juice ready to pick up as soon as I walk into the juice bar. I also like to design my own drinks and the app does it, and saves it for me for the future.

It’s ALWAYS a pleasure walking in! The staff is friendly and the shop is always clean. I would like to see another Nékter location in the south side of Napa. Getting to north napa isn’t always convienent.

My experience was good. I like being able to order ahead of time and choose a time to pick it up. The only problem was that when I went to pick it up none of the workers acknowledged me until I said something. It was somewhat busy so I don’t expect to be acknowledged when I walk in but when I went to stand at the counter the person that was at the register was walking away didn’t say anything. They even brought over a drink for somebody but called out the name and walked away so quickly I didn’t get a chance to say something. I would normally just ask the closest employee but they were using the blender so it was loud so I would have had to yell in order for anybody to hear me. I normally don’t go in when it is busy so I don’t know if this is normal but it would have been nice for the cashier to pay enough attention to notice that I was new in the store especially when they had online orders ready and I walked straight up to where the pickup sign was.

I did ask for extra berries (which I paid an extra fee) due to not wanting bananas. Yet it didn't seem like an extra was added. Otherwise it was great.
