I place an online order. When I got there, no employees were making anything, there was a line & my order hadn’t been made yet. My order came out 12min late from when I was told it would be ready. Sorta defeats the purpose of pick up order.

Ordering through the app is fairly easy. However, when I got to the store, everyone was in the back. It took minutes for someone to realize that another shopper and I were there. Then it took another few moments for that person to come out and help us. My bowl was sloppy and had food all over the outside of the bowl. Not the best experience I’ve had there
