I placed an online order. A girl called and said they’re out of lime, orange, fennel, and something else (basically cutting out all the juices you guys make). Then, the girl that called me must have dipped out after I told her what I wanted, and didn’t relay it to anyone else here. So a bunch of people that came in after me got their drinks made first and some other girl just comes over and goes, “are you waiting on something?” Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but standing around being ignored for 15+minutes on a Monday morning is not ideal.

As a business person, I understand staffing issues, but online ordering has been offline frequently as well as shortened hours of operation that are inconsistent. A couple of your original staff is outstanding with great customer service skills. Specifically a female that only works weekends now but used to work daily. She has blond hair and very good at follow through and remembering the customers.
There has been an apparent ordering issue lately as well, out of bowls, or other products. Meanwhile I love the business and went with my wife to the Danville location yesterday as well. I will continue to recommend, but hope we get back to the way you were running this past summer.
