The bowl was actually good this time! I had stopped going due to the inconsistency and lack of flavor in my peanut butter bowls/missing fruit but whoever made it yesterday nailed it! The girl who handed me my bowl was very nice, and cheery. I appreciated that. It felt warm and welcoming this time unlike other visits I have had which made me stop going. Great job!!

Every time I order a bowl, it takes 20 minutes to make - this time it exceeded the time allotted on the app. The time before, I waited 30 minutes. Many times I cant even order because either Doordash or the app aren’t accepting orders.

I was under the impression the smoothie they put on the bowls was filled to a decent amount and mine wasn't. This was my first experience here and I was not pleased and to top it off my order was placed online and pick up time stated 12:21 I had to wait longer for it. I left Nekter 12:35ish. To say the least I will not be returning.
Lovely store! Nice and clean. I absolutely love the products here! The juices are so good and the bowls are yummy and filling—much better than the other juice/smoothie place. This is my new favorite place in Napa!

The products are always good and the Napa location is always kept clean and organized. However this is the second time my online order is not correct. I ordered mango to be added to the dragon bowl and none was added. On the second bowl (immunity) I requested no banana and it came with banana on top. I also paid extra on the immunity bowl for a metabolism boost that I am not sure was added.

Sometimes it can be a little slow but usually only when you are staffing problems. The portions in the bowls have been smaller than usual recently.
