Your employees need to be respectful to costumers who are deaf. The kale for the day had not arrived, so the online order i made could not be completed. That would have been fine. I just asked the two employees (one the manager) to cancel the drink that was supposed to have kale in it. I did not want the drink with extra spinach, however, the manager walked away and continued to make it for me. I told the other employee again to have her cancel it but she shrugged and walked away. I requested several times if they could cancel it. The manager said she could not. Finally I took the drink and left. I felt very disrespected and my request ignored. Why would you ignore a customer to to take a drink they did not want. This was a very reasonable request.

I continue to go to this location that is further from my local location in TUSTIN. The people here are great. My drinks are always good. I am a fan of the employees who make my drink and always remember my name when I show up. Much love to orchid hills; tell the other locations to step it up

I wish there is a way to indicate in the App order to leave out certain ingredients. I tried to call the store 5 times across 20 minutes after placing my order to leave out a sugary ingredient but the phone was busy the whole time. It would have been much easier if I could simply make a comment to the order on the App. Otherwise, I really like Nekter! Thanks!!

Your team was prompt and professional. My only suggestion would be to add a tip section to the app. I wanted to tip the team but I had to go back out to my car to get some money. Would have been much easier just to include it with the order if I so choose.
