The experience was great. The bowl was a bit smaller than other locations and the filling itself wasn’t as thick as other locations. I’ll still continue to buy it and enjoy it.
Drink was ready when I came in - and I was greeted as soon as someone wasnt busy with the blenders/talking to another customer. Overall, great experience despite it being busy at that moment.

Nekter Orchard Hills has the best staff and service. I have been to every Nekter between Anaheim and Aliso Viejo and Orchard Hills is ALWAY friendly and fast. They have never met me down.

Huge fan on Nékter and the Orchard Hills location is our go to store since opening. Yesterday, we were surprised to get our order and see my husbamd’s Bowl half full and with apples on it when we ordered no apples. My bowl and my duaghter’s Bowl weee both full but the pineapple used was warm and tasted funny. We have never experienced that before.
