Bowls were noticeably not filled all the way

I stopped by today around 5 PM and ordered two bowls: a Dragon Fruit Bowl and an Acai Mango Bowl. The Acai Mango Bowl had absolutely no mango in it. If you’re out of an ingredient, customers should be informed before ordering, or at the very least offered extra fruit as a replacement. Instead, I was charged full price for a bowl missing one of its main ingredients. To make matters worse, the bowl wasn’t even full. For the prices being charged, this is completely unacceptable. The staff seemed rushed trying to get orders out before closing at 6 PM, and unfortunately the quality of the food reflected that. The acai was extremely watered down and lacked flavor. I did not go back to have the issue corrected because I live far away, and by the time I realized the mango was missing, the store was already closing at 6 PM. Customers should not have to drive back to fix mistakes that should have been caught before the order was handed out. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Missing ingredients, small portions, and poor quality are not acceptable when customers are paying premium prices. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.

It was great! Fast and efficient. Drink and bowl were delicious.

I ordered ahead on the app. It took about 15 minutes for me to arrive. My order wasn’t ready. No problem,but My issue is other people walked in and ordered WHILE I WAS WAITING and they got theirs right away. I’m not sure why my bowl would take 30 minutes to prepare and other walk in customers were served first

I ordered a PB&J bowl. Blueberry and banana were missing. For the fresh fruits, only strawberries were there.

Order was incomplete. Forgot a Greenie with our bowls. Took about 5 minutes to get that made.

So friendly! I enjoy walking in and being greeted and then walking out with such a fresh and delicious bowl for lunch!!!

The interaction when picking up my order was limited. He handed me my bowl. I had requested a spoon which I grabbed myself. There was only one strawberry cut up on my bowl.

The day I picked up our order (Sunday August 31st), it was very busy. Both individuals that were working did a great job keeping up with both in person and phone orders. Our bowls were made with care, and they were delicious. Excellent store, outstanding work.

I continue to be delighted by the quality of the food and the service that I receive at Nekter @ Orchard Hills. I've never placed my order and then had to wait to pick it up which is a nice benefit. I think the price increases are getting a bit ridiculous. When a Nekter bowl is as expensive as a dinner at a restaurant, something is wrong. I know this has nothing to do with local management, but the continued price increases have made me look for other options.

I thought the quality of the acai berry bowl I received today was poor. The bananas were old and agave was on top when I ordered it with no agave on top. The other fruit was not fresh like I am used to at the Irvine store. It has been several months since I have come.
