My favorite juice place so many healthy options

I went to other necktar store in the past and usually service is slow. But i love this store in orchard hill, she is very attentive and knowledgeable. Service is fast too. I might go back today too for my detox juice!

Yesterday morning I came with my dog, order my juice and Sydney proposed a cup of water for my dog. I thought it was very thoughtful very kind and I did not ask for it so I’m really pleased.

It was a very pleasant experience.i have been enjoying nekter juices.And would like to have more rewards.

At the Nèkter Juice Bar - Orchard Hills, I discovered that I had mistakenly placed an order at the wrong location, intended for my home but actually near our office. The staff member on duty, Max, provided excellent assistance in resolving the issue, suggesting that I cancel and re-place my order. After canceling, I informed Max that I would only receive a 50% refund per policy, and he kindly offered a 50% discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill. That's outstanding customer service and commendations to your staff Max.

Maybe it’s the number of available work stations but orders seem to take a long time. We have been there several times where it did not appear busy but the juices took several minutes. The staff is always very friendly. Unless the shopping center frowns on it, the sidewalk sign letting people know you are open is never outside. I have seen people drive up and leave because they thought you were closed given dark windows.

Good but the refrigerator wasn’t cold and I was not able to buy the bottled goods. Fresh juices great. Love the rewards and extra turmeric shot when I come in!

Favorite Nekter location by far, I come here almost daily in the morning and am always greeted warmly by the staff. Julissa, the store manager, is the absolute best— I can’t say enough good things about her! She’s super kind, professional, and consistently makes the yummiest PB Chocolate Protein smoothies (and the AB Health Nut too!) My experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. From the smoothies to the general vibe of the shop and the impeccable service, I’m stoked to have found my favorite juice shop. And a big shout out to the other associates as well; your costumer service is outstanding! Thank you guys🌸 -Hope

I timed her this time..... 1 minute 6 seconds to make my custom juice.

I apologize for not getting his name, but he was the only gentleman I saw the entire time I was there this morning, and he did an exceptional job! I was not upset that I had to wait longer than normal for this pickup, but he was still apologetic and provided a free upgrade to my juice. I do not normally respond to these survey requests but that got my day off to a good start and I want to make sure he is recognized. Thank you sir!

I always have a good experience with this Orchard Hills Nekter bar - friendly staff, clean space, and delicious acai bowl! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends or anyone who likes healthy and delicious juice or acai bowl.

While the juices and atmosphere were enjoyable, I must note that the service was lacking. Despite being the only customer at the time, it took 2-3 minutes for them to greet me and take my order. $12.5 for a large Toxin Flush juice btw, lowest tip option starts from 20%, lol
