My 18 oz cup was only 15/16 oz full of juice. There was a 3/4” of foam layer. When I pointed it out, they apologized and gladly filled it to the top w juice.

Love this place! The green detox, mango delight, berry blast (with apple juice), are so delicious. The staff is always friendly and receptive, too! Love that it's so close to home 😊

They've been pretty consistent over all with their juices..Acai bowls etc.. I just wanna make a suggestion for employees that if they have longer hair, they tie them so that make sure their hair doesn't end up in customers' food/drinks... On Sunday, One long strand of hair actually ended up on my spoon.. Otherwise it would've been great experience.. Hope you would take up on my suggestion.. Thanks.

The Orchard Hills Nekter location is by FAR my favorite of all. Juice quality and consistency are the best compared to the other locations I frequent: Woodbury and Tustin Marketplace by Rubios.

I rated speed of service a 5 since Blended Juices no longer show up on my iPhone app. Your employees are great but something happened to your app, which is a little annoying.

The green juice I ordered was very watered-down and a little too sweet to have had enough of the leafy greens in it. Also ordered extra ginger with a ginger shot, that was mostly lemon and very, very little ginger. Staff is always very customer friendly and punctual there.

This is my favorite Nekter location! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I usually place an online order and it’s always ready when I arrive to pick it up. Nekter has become part of my healthy lifestyle and I love all of their juices, açaí bowls and skoops! Keep up the great work!

I wanted to buy 32oz of orange juice and they would not sell it to me . They instead wanted me to buy two 16 oz so I would have to pay $4 extra. First time being in this store and will not come back . Management need to change .
