Very often when ordering celery juice it doesn’t taste like straight celery juice. Please clean the juicer before juicing celery. Today’s order was especially bitter and dark green. We ended up wasting 3 juices and it wasn’t the first time we’ve had to do that. Can my account be credited?

This place ROCKS!! seriously...I visit my local Yorba Linda store or the Brea store and THIS IS THE BEST!!! Friendly, fast, clean...excellent juices...Just an amazing staff here

This Nekter juicebar is awesome as usual.

I received an email saying if I purchased a juice I would receive a free juice offer. I ordered using the Nektar app. I thought the app would register the purchase but after I left I found out it did not because I did not check in. Being able to order through the app is very convenient but having to then check in when you pick up your order is very inconvenient, especially since I already paid for the drink through the app. I believe I will not be receiving the free drink either since I did not check in.

The Portola Necktar is my favorite Necktar store. The customer service is exceptional -- the staff is prompt, friendly, and courteous, and moreover, the juice always tastes clean and fresh. Kudos!

I love the quality, the taste of the juices, smoothies. People are nice and friendly and they prepare the juice quickly.

I just love love Nekter, but what I would like to suggest is more consistency with the juices and smoothies. I tend to stick with the Toxin Flush and Popeye's Acai, but they both come out very different each time and the various locations. Yesterday's Popeye's was not sweet at all the last time I got it, it was way too sweet. Overall I love your products and wish you would add the option to make the Toxin Flush with green apples on the app. Thank you for being awesome.

Best juice bar in the world! Acai bowls are amazing

Positive, excellent customer service and juice made the way I liked it.

My order stated it would be ready by 2:03pm. So I went in around 1:55 pm just to let them know that I was here. They had already made the juice and it was sitting for a while so the juice had separated already. I was a bit surprised. I wish either the listed time was more appropriate or that the store made it closer to the time.

Love it! Wish hours were longer. I love the skoop but I like ice treats later not at 6:00. Also I would like to get a juice early too
