I ordered online and my daughter picked up the order. When she brought it home; I commented that the bowls were very small and I included a generous tip. This was enough to make me never order from this loation again. The bowls were skimped down by at least 25-35% their normal size. After she stated to put them in the freezer; her Dad told her this was not our order. The person gave her the wrong order; which was ready to go! So she had to drive back to the store and return the order and get the correct order. I asked if anyone even said "sorry" and she said they said nothing.

The young lady who helped me was sweet and personable. My only concern with Nekter is the price of the bowls.

Great customer service and the food (açaí bowls) were perfectly made.

The smoothie was great the açaí bowl was not filled to the top. For the price paid you want it filled to the top

I feel like sometimes I don't get the same amount. Like sometimes I'll get less than what I usually get and sometimes I'll get like the normal amount. I don't know maybe it was the bowl size that might have been different idk. And sometimes when I like order the berry banana blast it's not the same like sometimes it's watered down or something idk where the color is more of a light purple rather than a darker purple. Idk maybe it was just me. But overall the service was super quick and the people that talked to me were super nice and friendly.

My Ivan bowl had a weird texture and tasted different like something was wring

We are "regulars" at this Nekter location. We've probably purchased hundreds of bowls over the years. We recently placed an online order for pick-up. When I arrived at the location, they didn't have a record of my order. They told me their internet was down. They took full ownership and made the bowls quickly and to perfection. Both of the girls who were working at that time were courteous and considerate. Being treated with care makes me want to be faithful to this business. I look forward to our next delicious bowl.
