It was good except that I ordered a PB bowl and it had no PB, which was disappointing.

Great friendly service, and the smoothie and açaí bowl were delicious.

Almost every time we come there’s an issue. Today I paid for a split and they forgot to split the bowls so instead of making a new one they just gave fruit and agave on the side with an extra bowl. Not a great solution as it’s impossible to divide after the fact without messing them up. They should have just made a new smaller bowl.

Everything was smooth, but I was hoping there was way to keep bowl and drinks cold while I got them to my daughter.

Orchard hills is my go-to nekter location, but lately it's been hit or miss with the amount that they actually give in the bowl. 3 times now I've has at least an inch of room in my bowl with veeeery minimal fruit on top. For the price I'm paying I expect to be given a full portion I am paying for. Happy to provide pictures if necessary.

This location under fills bowls and cups intentionally. I have consistently gotten 15-20% less food when visiting this location as opposed to other Nektar location. This franchise needs to be put on notice.
