Our family loves Nekter and has been a longtime patron of our local stores. Unfortunately, our most recent order was inaccurate, causing us to throw away an entire açaí bowl where granola was added. Due to a food allergy my son could not eat it. Since it was ordered online and packaged to go in a brown bag, I did not see it before i left the store. I didn't realize the mistake until I was home and unpacking our items. By that time it was too late to go back and I could not get anyone on the phone for almost an hour. When I did speak top a store employee, they were quick to apologize and promised we could come back for a replacement bowl.

Wish there were more size options. The bowls are a little big. Also, portions of toppings (granola) seem to have gotten smaller.

Best açaí bowl ever

This location does not produce consistent tasting PB Healthnut smoothies and Acai bowls. I come here 2-4 times a week. The most recent visit the Acai bowl was watery, the smoothie had pieces of crushed ice/was not blended entirely which clogs the straw. And the order was not completed on time.

Sometimes the acai superfood bowl isn’t full to the top as other nearby Nekters

took 33min to get my bowl. The place was not busy either. Took my friend 20min to get theirs.

I love the acai bowls and they were made quickly.

Ordered from the mobile app and let the nice person behind the counter know I was there for a pickup. A great experience and the bowl was delicious!

I asked and paid for berries on both of my bowls that I didn’t receive so I didn’t feel great about today.

I feel like the folks working at this location should get better trained at making the acai bowls. I have ordered the bowls (PB Bowl) and the fruits on top look nothing like the ones in the pics on the menu.

They've been pretty consistent over all with their juices..Acai bowls etc.. I just wanna make a suggestion for employees that if they have longer hair, they tie them so that make sure their hair doesn't end up in customers' food/drinks... On Sunday, One long strand of hair actually ended up on my spoon.. Otherwise it would've been great experience.. Hope you would take up on my suggestion.. Thanks.

Well to be honest, I have ordered the same thing many many times at the orchard hills location and seldom does my bowl ever taste the same - ingredients vary. Not only that, there have been multiple times when my order (I typically order they the app) was given away to someone else accidentally and other times, such as today, when they forgot to make it and I had to wait. It’s a bummer because I used to love Nekter but I’m considering going elsewhere because it’s too inconsistent and I don’t think the staff at orchard hills has the best customer service. Thanks for listening.

Every time I go to this location lately my order is always messed up. My almond butter bowl has no almond butter in it - how do I know that - it’s the wrong color and it doesn’t taste like almond butter. Also, every time I walk in there’s not enough staff working.

I have been to this location a few times for bowls and each time my bowl is made like a smoothie to the point that I feel like I’m having soup
