you have downsized the portions left the price the same. New cups are smaller and filled less. This is the candy bar packaging strategy. We all get the increasing costs but the standard bowl value is now way beyond expensive

This place has amazing Açaí bowls it doesn’t matter which one you choose you will not be disappointed! The flavors are super refreshing and on a hot day the one with mango it is a must have!

This is the first time our bowls came home runny! Not that yummy but we ate them anyway after putting them in the freezer. Disappointed after paying $25.00+

I placed an online order and it was ready when promised. I ordered an Açaí bowl- fruit was fresh, granola crunchy and everything was delicious. We will be back.

I just love love Nekter, but what I would like to suggest is more consistency with the juices and smoothies. I tend to stick with the Toxin Flush and Popeye's Acai, but they both come out very different each time and the various locations. Yesterday's Popeye's was not sweet at all the last time I got it, it was way too sweet. Overall I love your products and wish you would add the option to make the Toxin Flush with green apples on the app. Thank you for being awesome.

I like the online ordering option. The store wasn’t busy when I came for pickup, so service was immediate & very friendly. My bowl was missing the cacao nibs that I paid $1 for. I have a picture for reference. Can that credit be put back on my CC or onto my online account? I understand mistakes happen. Thx

Today (Monday Sept 10), the quality of my superfood bowl was poor. Bananas were old and funny tasting and acai was soggy. By far, this was the worse product I have ever had from your store and I have been coming for more than a year. The reason we frequent this store is the quality of the preparation. I am hoping this was an off day and isolated incident.

Whenever I get bowls here, its always too liquidy inside whether I get it to-go. Needs to be more frozen
