I made an online order to avoid waiting, when I got there, my order wasn’t ready. They gave me my first drink then took about 10-15 mins to get the second one. People that were ordering in store got theirs before I did! What’s the point of ordering online? The staff looked so confused and in panic the entire time and didn’t seem to be able to handle the “rush”.
