I love Nektar and customer service has always been amazing! Except for today. Unfortunately all 3 staff ignored my existence as I waited patiently for my online order drink that I saw waiting in the frig. There was ONLY 2 other customers in the store. Both were served and then another customer came in after me and the staff attended to him before me. Please encourage all staff to maybe welcome and acknowledge waiting customers instead of ignoring their existence. Again, they seem new. I come in frequently and service has always been stellar.

It’s all good except for the phone orders I do they are always past the 15 minutes that says on the app that my drink would be ready it seems they are serving people that walk in first because as soon as I walk in to get my drink they get right on it
They need to be re trained to first come first serve basis

My little kid accidentally dropped his smoothie and it spilled all over the ground. I asked for an extra cup to try to salvage what was left of the smoothie. The employee was so kind and offered to make me a new one. I didn’t expect that. My kid was so happy! Thank you!
