We order online through the app and our orders are seldom ready when stated. That being said, the employees at the Encinitas location are always hustling and doing their best to get everyone’s orders prepared. I always appreciate how cordial they are and how hard they work to keep up.
We recently ordered the watermelon sorbet bowl but didn’t care for it. It was too watery and the watermelon topping pieces were mealy and lacking flavor.
Our other bowls were delicious as always and our special instructions are always prepared accurately.

The app told me to skip the line for my mobile order so I stood near the cash register. The cashier was busy ringing up other customers but didn’t ask what I needed since I was just standing there until I asked where to pick up my mobile order. I was directed to the back of the store, I didn’t see my drink on the counter so I waited another 5 minutes. Finally I asked about my order and it was already ready, they brought it out from the back. A lot of wasted time, please be aware of customers that are waiting for mobile orders and not sure where to go.
