Feels like I’m bothering the staff when placing an order, smoothies were the worst we’ve had today, all three were not finished, I normally stop here when running errands with my kids around the Encinitas area, will definitely avoid this location too many bad experiences and this final one was the last straw.
I ordered online. It was supposed to be ready at 10:26am. I had to wait in store until 10:57 until it was ready. One lady staff was working so hard. The male staff member was walking about seemingly doing nothing to assist the waiting customers

I have always gone here and had a great experience. On my last visit, I ordered a bowl and the bowl was not ready when I arrived and took an additional 20 minutes. This through off my next appointment with my daughter.

Okay. The wait is always longer than I think it should be for smoothies/bowls and I’d like to see More high-quality ingredients. For example- I saw them using a big jar of Sysco classic peanut butter Which is pretty much the cheapest thing out there….

The bowl I ordered was too watery so a lovely employee remade it but then it didn’t taste like enough peanut butter. I didn’t say anything though. I love your bowls just figured it was an off day

First… I love your smoothies! I placed a mobile app and had to wait a few minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready - which was fine…I understand it’s busy. Also, no one greeted me when I entered the store. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the store.. there was a big spill as you walk into the store.. there was no sign notifying customers of the spill (someone could have easily slipped)…another customer was cautioning people as they walked into the store. No one cleaned up the spill during the 10 minutes I was in the store. Otherwise, my smoothie was perfectly made.
