I placed my mobile order 30 mins in advance and when I arrived it had not been made yet and had to wait additional time, when I only have a 30 min lunch. I will not be returning.

There were only two employees working today and they were very behind on orders. My order was placed at 12:55pm and I received it at 1:40pm. The guy who was working was very nice and apologetic but the girl wasn't so nice. I will continue to visit nekter encinitas as this was the only time I had to wait a long time.

It has gone down hill at the location on El Camino Real in Encinitas. I always order ahead of time via the app and now more often than not the order is not ready when I arrive. And it’s because the young workers there now often forget to check the online tags that get printed out.
Without an adult in the room this seems like it will continue. And if it does I will take my business elsewhere.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. 2 smoothies, one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter wasn’t with me so I didn’t try her smoothie but when i gave it to her after picking her up from school we realized that we got the wrong smoothie. It had a very strong ginger taste which my 6 year old couldn’t drink.

It was pretty good. Juice was quickly made. Although I got the toxin flush and I don't taste any ginger whatsoever.
