Dry greeting upon entering. I couldn't tell if the employee was another customer or employee. I assumed she was another customer as she wasn't standing behind the counter when I entered the store
I found my order in a small fridge under a sign that said pickup so I assumed I the customer is supposed to find their order and take it. After taking out my order, only then did the employee say " are you here for picking up an order ?" I already had my order in my hand at this time. I felt like I had done something inappropriate by taking my order out of this fridge but really no direction/communication took place with the employee. I didn't think it was necessarily an unpleasant experience but awkward.
