I used your app & selected delivery but it put the order in as p/u. Tried to call 2 times to delay pick up time but no one would answer the phone. My order sat for 25 min until I could get it. When I walked in or out, no one acknowledged me.

I ordered online and was completed 25 minutes AFTER that wait time of 20 min specified in email- girl announced to each person who walked in a different wait time some she told just so you know we are short staffed with only 2 of us and will be 15 min next group (1 min later) she told 30 min then back to 20 when actually people were waiting 50+ minutes they mixed tickets up and started doing phone orders first will never try to go when I ONLY have an hour for lunch- please staff more employees or have a manager who knows how to handle these situations.
