Nekter Juice Bar - Ladera Ranch

Hello, I wanted to leave some feedback about your normal hours. I'm very sad the summer hours are going away. Closing at 6pm normally is so early. There have been so many times that I feel like a light dinner, but because you close so early it's not an option. Ideally 8pm would be a great time to close or even 7pm. Thanks!

Great Nekter location! The employees are always super friendly and they have orders ready quickly.

Ordered the super food bowl, the dry ingredients were not fresh, the granola was stuck together and rock like, the goji berries were also like rocks, I almost broke a tooth. I'm guessing the kids don't know how to keep stuff fresh. The quality is not the same as it was in the past.

Ordered and paid via app. When I arrived to get it, they said we're out of protein and could they substitute? Sure but now I gotta wait. Why didn't they call. Had my number. Also, this visit and one other visit the drink was ICY. it's like night and day from other times. Easy to distinguish. Should be consistent.

I order with the app all the time. I'd like to suggest adding a "special instructions" section, for example substituting coconut water for cashew milk. I always call right away to let the store know this, but being able to add that directly on my order would be very helpful.

Just picked up a acai banana bowl. It had so much agave nectar its inedible. Also the last 2 bowls I've ordered have been very small. The blended part was less then half. I hope this isn't how it will be going forward.

The only place to get acai bowls around here..
