I pre-ordered a smoothie on the app, got to the store on time and still had to wait 20 minutes for the smoothie. The smoothie was not blended well and had so many chunks about 1/3 of it could not be drank through straw.

I expected peanut butter in my peanut butter bowl... Told the kid i cant see any peanut butter they just add a drizzle on it. This should not be called peanut butter bowl, it's just peanut sauce. And this took 25 mins to make.

One thing that would help would be getting an email confirmation when my order is ready… at times, I can tell my order has been sitting in the fridge for 10-15+ minutes. I live close by and often could come earlier.
