It was nice to be greeted and have my order ready when I arrived, however my Bowls had Granola and I cannot eat Oats. Scooped out as much as possible which also meant losing a lot of other toppings and Acaii.

Overall good! I ordered online and it wasn’t ready at the time it said, but I noticed there was only one employee. I luckily had a bit of extra time and appreciate the effort it takes to make my smoothie/juice/bowl fresh. Just felt bad for the employee that was handling it all alone.

Another half full bowl. Just raise the prices and keep the bowls full. It’s much more fulfilling than a half full bowl that’s still more expensive than it was recently.

Smoothie and açaí berry bowl was really good, the quality and taste has maintained for the past 3-4 times for my orders.

Beware when getting bowl only 2 table spons of almond butter come in it not work the extra$1.00
The Bowls were a mess. Fruit just thrown on top and so full, the lids didn't close and even had coconut in a small container because it wouldn't fit. Ingredients were fresh, though. Floor had trash and 2 tables needed to be bussed.

The acai bowls are great but the employees need to check their online orders more frequently. For the second time they made it all right when I got there—Which is 10 minutes after the email that I received stating that my order was ready. I was late to my appointment again.

Todays bowls were the two best bowls we’ve ever had. Not sure the name of who was on the blender this morning, but they deserve a raise. It was one of the two women working on Saturday 7/23.

The app wait time is still an issue. I understand during peak times having a predicted 20-30 minute wait. But when the app predicts 15 minutes, and wait time is consistently 30+, that is quite frustrating. We’ve had times recently where we show up at the pick up time and they haven’t started our order, due to “being busy”. Please fix your app wait time if you’re busy so that it’s accurate.
