Bowl was good and ready at scheduled pickup time. Staff was not rude but not polite and friendly either. They seemed swamped and -understandably- not in a good mood.

Nekter is usually a good spot. This one seems to have cut some major corners. The flavor of the açaí is very bland. The texture was very runny. The fruit used wasn’t ripe. They also don’t accept Apple Pay which was odd.
Arrived at scheduled pick-up time but order was not ready, had to wait 5 more minutes. Other than that, everything was good. Staff was polite and friendly, and bowl was delicious.

The employee there was very helpful and provided a good solution, but my order was not ready when scheduled and some ingredients were unavailable along with bowls. Not a great experience, the helpfulness of the employee saved it

Disappointed. My first order was fine but my 2nd order of 3 bowls wasn't ready on time and after an additional 10 minutes the bowls looked like split bowls. Less than 1/2 filled. I requested a refund and left with my first order.

The acai is runnier. Maybe less acai? Also, it’s not filled to the top like usual at Yorba Linda. I guess you have to save cost somewhere

All good this time. Bowl was very well prepared - granola was crunchy, strawberries were huge, fresh, and ripe, the bananas perfect. Loved the freshness of all the ingredients. And the Asian girl at the counter was polite and friendly. So, no complaints ths time.

I ordered & paid for extra bananas on two split bowls….. ended up getting NO bananas on any of the bowls. ☹️

We have ordered açaí superfood bowls and have received the bowl without Goji berries, cacao nibs, hemp granola, chia seeds, several times. We pay extra for those toppings and usually just receive berries and bananas as toppings. A bit of a let-down.
