Bowls weren't packed full for some reason. We were a little disappointed

Açai bowl was very good, but the service was really bad. I say “hello,” there’s no response, the girl is still preparing my order; when handed to me, I say “thank you,” again no response, she just turns and walks away.

I love the smoothie bowls at nectar, although unfortunately mine was very watery and did not taste normal at all.

All good this time - açai bowl was delicious, ingredients fresh, it was ready on time; attendant was polite. Thumbs up.

Experience was good as the purchased products were ready upon pick up. I like that it was open as early as 7am. I would give it a rating of 10/10 if the store had a big bag with handles so it's easier to transport 12 acai bowls and a smoothie.

As always, I think Nekter has best acai bowls, is what I always order. Nice employees, order is always on time.

Had a great experience picking up and enjoying our bowls! The two people who helped me with my order were super kind and friendly. And our açaí/pitaya bowls were sooo good, as always. Thank you!

Bowl was ready on time and looks delicious! Thank you! One big problem though.. the trash by the pickup area was t changed overnight and there are bugs/fruit flys everywhere! Also, could you please fix the front door since it slams very quickly behind you if you're not fast enough. Thanks

I went in and ordered my normal protein power bowl, and I paid the full price Iam not sure why I got half of a bowl, and this is not the first time it’s happened from this location,that’s not right. I would appreciate if somebody (manager/owner) would please give me a voucher for two protein power bowls that I received half bowls, this is the Brea California location on imperial and Kramer

Love Nekter but very hot or miss at this location when ordering online pickup. This order, I added mango to my bowl: no mango in my bowl. My husband asked for no blueberries in his bowl: there were blueberries in his bowl. I asked for metabolism boost: since both bowls were identical, we were not able to tell if one had a boost in it or not. Nothing written on the lid to identify it.

The bowls were excellent, as usual; fresh ingredients and well prepared. Unfortunately the guy that helped me seemed to hate his job - no greeting, not one single word from him; he just stood at the cash register as we walked in, I told him we were picking up an order, he went to the freezer and handed it to us, I thanked him, he still did not say a word, no "you're welcome," no nothing. Not one single word. Appeared to be angry. Short haired guy.
