Nekter juice bar in brea is the best location in orange county! I was helped today by Mike who made me fresh waffles! They were very delicious with strawberries and agave, yum! I was very pleased with the service he gave me and the clean space where I proceeded to sit down and enjoy my breakfast parfait.

He kindly explained that the promotion was for online orders only, then went above and beyond by taking care of my order while I placed it online. He genuinely wanted to help and made sure I left happy. Hands down the best Nekter experience I’ve had.

I placed an order my detox juice ahead of time, but no one from Nékter contacted me before the pickup date today. When I arrived at the store, I was told they couldn’t make my juice because they were out of the product. This was extremely frustrating—I had to come back from my vacation just to pick it up.
What’s worse is that they could have easily let me know in advance, even a week ago, that the item wasn’t available. A simple call or email would’ve saved me the trip and inconvenience. Poor communication and lack of customer care. Very disappointing experience.
I was on a juice fast and tried multiple drinks. It helped with my health goal.

Ordering online was easy and my juice was ready on time (early) and kept cold. I was even given a little extra at no charge which was appreciated because the price was a little more than I wanted to pay and I do like to tip as well. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived either.

I went to pick up my order -12oz apple detox and was give a 24oz greenie.told the girl that this seems like the wrong order it’s too big and dark green and there’s no ginger. She proceeds to pull out of the fridge my12oz drink WITH MY NAME ON IT. And says it’s the same drink and I said there’s not ginger in this and she goes I know I didn’t put it 1. I asked for extra ginger 2. You know you didn’t make it right yet still have it to me 3. Are now admitting it and not giving me my 12oz CORRECT drink. She goes over and juices a ginger and then pours it in the 24oz drink and gives it back while MY drink is just sitting there and I again said this doesn’t taste like the apple detox I ordered and she again goes it’s the same one I just added ice -which was also something I ordered it without. With no more time on my lunch break to deal with this I took the wrong drink and left- literally the most difficult and argumentative person I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if she was embarrassed she mixed up the drinks in the first place and wasn’t going to admit it, but in complete shock my literal order was sitting right there with my name on it and she refuse to give it

Always a friendly and welcoming environment. Never had any issues. Sometimes the orders go past the ETA for mobile orders, but it's never been that long after. Maybe 5mins max.
Overall, have had great experiences and I go here instead of Jamba Juice now.
