I did not like my drink, I’ve been to another juice place and their drink tastes better. It tastes sweet like the actual fruit. Your drink tasted like it was filled with water. I would not recommend your “juice” bar to anyone.

Had to wait a long time for pick up - there was only one person there. Clearly understaffed. Also, the juice was way too sweet.

Too much foam in drinks - would like to see it filled up with Juice instead

If it were for the fact that this is the only local place to get a juice I would really consider not going here any longer. The juice I get is really good but inconsistent and the last 3 time I order on the app my order is t ready for pick up. The last time I went I had to wait an additional 10 past my pick up time, it wasn’t even started when I got there. This isn’t the first time either. Having 1 person working at a time doesn’t help. They aren’t even apologetic about it. Very frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience here tonight! The customer service was amazing and I truly felt appreciated as a customer! I was helped out by Isabella who truly made my night! Not only did she make my drink delicious, but she was super helpful when I asked for green juice recommendations! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

My juice was perfect. I never know what I’m going to get though. Each time I go is inconsistent even though I reorder the same thing each time. The size is never the same, sometimes it’s over ice others it’s blended with the ice.

An extra cost item (juice add on) was out of stock and I was not told or refunded until I asked.

I use the app the order my juice. It is always ready and everyone is very nice!!

Overall good! I ordered online and it wasn’t ready at the time it said, but I noticed there was only one employee. I luckily had a bit of extra time and appreciate the effort it takes to make my smoothie/juice/bowl fresh. Just felt bad for the employee that was handling it all alone.

I arrived to pick up my 3day juice cleanse and it was not available. I was told I could only get one day, and the second wouldn’t be ready until after 12 the following day, this sort of defeats the purpose of a 3 day cleanse if I pick it I’m up at 7 this morning and can’t get the next day until after noon.

My last experience wasn’t great. The juice was not blended well so it was chunky. They didn’t add ice as requested and gave it to me in a larger cup and small cup instead of putting it all in a large cup. The size cup I get is inconsistent when I order the same thing every time.

Great! I ordered a juice cleanse and one employee was very quick to grab everything from the back while another one made a drink order for us. I appreciate that he asked to clarify why I asked if a certain drink had nuts in it and when I told him my daughter had severe allergies, he did an extra wash on the container to make sure there was not any cashew milk residue. I appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure her safety.
