Always love my bowl. However…
The app is not always helpful. I entered gift cards on it, but cannot use them at checkout.
It just keeps telling me there is an error. I tried using the ‘split payment’ feature, I tried changing the amount charged to the gift card. The app had an amount put in by default that is incorrect for the order.
Frustrating.
I feel like I’ve wasted my gift cards!

It wasn’t the best, the employee wasn’t friendly and seemed annoyed. My bowl was really watery, and I ate it immediately so it didn’t have time to melt.

The experience was not great. I ordered through the app to save time and drove to the location. I had 3 parties order and receive there order before mine, even though I ordered well in advanced. I mentioned to the employee working that I had ordered on the app and was waiting for my order. The employee was nice, but took another order before making my order. I was waiting in the location for about 35 minutes plus whatever time I had ordered ahead. The order was tasty, but the protein powder I had ordered in my bowl was also omitted. I would not recommend using the app to others, because it does not seem to benefit the customer.

When I went to pick up my order, they tried to only give me one bowl when originally I had placed an order for 2. When I went to take them out of my bag they didn’t even look like my usual order. They were light in color and didn’t even taste like açaí. It tastes like Greek yogurt.

I usually always LOVE Nekter, however, when
my husband picked up my online order this morning you guys gave him a pre-made frozen peanut butter bowl with NONE of the extras I added & for a whopping 18+ dollars with tip. Super disappointing but not worth the drive back from Chino Hills.

Usually they have good service at this location, but I was not happy this time. I showed up for my pickup at the indicated time but I still had to wait around 7 minutes for it. If they had been too busy, fine, understandable, but it did not seem to be the case. There were two guys there, and while one was preparing an order, the other one was just walking around, passed several times by the fridge where they had my acai bowl ready, but would not hand it to me even though I had told him I was picking up an order and given him my name. My bowl had been ready since I got there, but he made me wait seven minutes while he just walked around. This is not good customer service.

The 2 females working weren’t friendly and I don’t think they said a word. I had ordered extra banana on my bowl, it’s an extra charge and I didn’t get it. But the bowls were good besides that
