Always delicious bowls and smoothies

I placed a mobile order ahead of time so that my order would be ready when I arrived. When I got to the store, which was after the estimated time of completion of the order. I was informed that my order was taken by the previous customer. And that I would have to wait for a new one to be made. No compensation was offered, but I didn’t expect any. But I did expect to get what I had paid for, which I didn’t feel I got. They made a new one in a short amount of time, but when I got home and took it out of the bag. I found the bowl to contain less contents than the previous times I’ve ordered, which was disappointing. Please make sure that when a mistake happens that you at least give people what they ordered, if not more. Thank you for listening to my concerns.

The shots r delicious except the one time I had the elderberry shot. It just had little to much ginger for my taste but so far I can't complain the drinks and bowls are delicious. :) The employees go beyond the expectations when it gets busy to keep the customers happy. I am happy to see this location is very popular and it nice to have a place servers a healthier option to eat or drink then other places. :) The employees are very sweet and well trained. I especially love the pbj bowl and to drink my go to is the popeye acai very delicious. I also enjoy the spring waters it nice to have a water and not a water has salt as one of the ingredients. Portions for bowls have gotten smaller.

Today I ordered on the website because I was in a hurry. When I arrived my order was done incorrectly. I ordered a smoothie and the made a bowl. I had to wait for my order to be corrected. Once received it did not taste the same not sure what they missed on my smoothie. I know because I get the same item at least once a week.

Great experience, the order was ready quick and on time. One of the bowls had the smoky flavor back, I would be curious if one of the blenders is going bad? Either way, keep up the good work!

This location is closer to me, but I usually love going to the one that’s a little further. Well I just decided today to go to this one. One of the worst experiences I had. I ordered a Banana Berry bowl and there was no one else in there but me. However, it took over 10 minutes to make my bowl. When they were done I was handed a bright pink bowl. I asked them if they made it correctly and they laughed and told me they forgot to add açai. Didn’t once apologize but just laughed and went to make it. I Waited another 10 minutes and was handed a very messy bowl. It seems they do not care how they present themselves or the customers wants. I don’t like blueberry so I always get no blueberry extra banana and they couldn’t give that to me either.

I accidently had an Acai bowl in my bag and noticed when I arrived back to work. It was a pick-up order. The rest of my items were in the bag.

They are giving very very less quality for Açaí bowl.. they are not giving like before.. not liking to come store

Bowls were ready when they said they would be but my berry bowl had one sliced strawberry! 😏

Not very good. I have been getting bowl and they’re only half filled.

The bowl was delicious as they ever come, however I’ve noticed the bowls are getting less and less full. The bowl today was barely half full, there was one strawberry where there used to be two. On top of that the price has gone up. If the price is going to go up, at least provide the same size bowl.

My husband ordered and picked up two smoothies and a preordered açaí bowl. While everyone is nice and courteous, he says using the app to pay for the drinks always creates a problem. I have experienced the same. While management seems to be familiar with the codes and the procedure to scan a check-in or redeem a coupon code and then pay using a gift card that’s loaded on the Nekter app, multiple employees seem to have misinformation about redeeming an offer and using the app to pay by a preloaded gift card, as well as giving a 50¢ discount for using a reusable Nekter cup.The process is lengthy, meanwhile people in line behind us are getting impatient and annoyed.

Okay Bowl was not great. Açaí is runny and not very cold. Didn’t get the mango I asked for. Taste was basic, could be better.
