I always get the protein bowl from La Habra location. I work in brea, so I get it from there sometimes. The last couple of times I got the bowl they weren’t made right. This last time I was missing couple of ingredients, so I called the store and they said the girl was new that made my bowl and they were going to have a manager call me, but no one has contacted me yet.

I love Nekter especially the superfood açaí bowl. I always add peanut butter inside and the maker put it on top which I didn’t like. But I’ll return again.

Overall, we love nekter!
Our one consistent complaint is the inconsistent amount in each bowl. Whether we alter our order or not (sometimes removing certain fruits), the total in the bowl varies. Most often it’s less than 3/4 full, even if we don’t alter the ingredients. We pay the same price for a different amount each time. We’d appreciate if the bowl was filled every time, regardless of how we alter our order.

Very happy. Service was good, order was ready, place was clean, no line. The only thing I don't like about Nekter is your high prices. $6 to $7 for an acai bowl would seem reasonable to me. $10 to $11 is extremely high.

I love that your staff always hustle and go out of their way to ensure my orders are safe from any peanut ingredients. My daughter, who has a life threatening peanut allergy, LOVES your juices and bowls and so staff are always kind enough to wash out the blenders for us. For this reason we remain customers :)

The employee was fast in preparing the order and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had mediocre bowls at this location. The acai protein bowl was flavorless, runny with almost no texture and lacked some ingredients. Really poor product experience and last time I will be visiting this location.

Did order pick up and my order was ready when I arrived. My protein power functional bowl order was filled to the top unlike my recent visit to the South Coast Plaza location on 10/16 whereby my order pick up for the same item was about 85% full and noticeable. I receive consistent orders at both Brea locations on Brea Blvd and Kraemer.
