I really enjoy Nektar for its nutritious options, it’s one of my go-to spots for my lunch. My only feedback is regarding a couple of app-related issues. First, the tip amount is auto-filled during checkout for To-Go orders. I’ve submitted feedback regarding this before and why I don’t like this. Second, when ordering a smoothie, you have to manually select “no boost” in order to proceed, and it’s quite hidden under another tab. It took me a few minutes to figure out why the “Add to Cart” button was greyed out, and I almost gave up to order from a nearby competitor. I’d love to see these small adjustments made to improve the overall convenience of the app experience.
Great. Order was ready when I arrived (early). The person that served me checked the order and realized that there was an add on that was missed and sent it right back to correct. Excellent service.

Was expecting Jamba, which, apparently left this location a while ago. I asked if they have anything like Mango a Go Go and the counter-person recommended Strawberry Banana. Comes with Whey and cashew milk. Ok but very soupy. Not at all like a Jamba Juie mix. For almost $11, I'll be traveling a little farther to get to a Jamba.

This is our second time trying this place and the first time they forgot the peanut butter drizzle. This time I added it to be put inside and felt like the tiny teaspoon of peanut butter and cocoa nibs aren’t worth an extra dollar each. Especially blended up inside you can barely taste it
