I am not sure how a tip would’ve been added by the team, as all credit card options are selected at the register on a guest facing tablet; however I am happy to look into it and reverse any tip that may have been left in error. Service was lacking. I walked into the store and waited probably 7 minutes before anybody greeted me, there was nobody behind the counter. And the people behind the bar in the kitchen saw me, and did not say hello or we'll be with you soon or anything.
I ordered pick up through the website, the site told me it would take 10 minutes, as soon as I placed the order, The pickup time was actually 20 minutes later. In reality it took 25 minutes.
They acai bowls themselves though were great.
