A little disappointed the bananas they used in my bowl had dark spots like not fresh bananas. Didn't taste as yummy as it usually does. They usually are not like this. Just thought you should know.

Today’s experience was great . In the past there has been confusion with the redeeming of your bonuses free bowl , gift card etc..

Service was lacking. I walked into the store and waited probably 7 minutes before anybody greeted me, there was nobody behind the counter. And the people behind the bar in the kitchen saw me, and did not say hello or we'll be with you soon or anything.
I ordered pick up through the website, the site told me it would take 10 minutes, as soon as I placed the order, The pickup time was actually 20 minutes later. In reality it took 25 minutes.
They acai bowls themselves though were great.

Ordering online was quick and easy, when I got there at 7:30 my drink and bowl and done and waiting on me. I will definitely order online and pick up in store again.

Really disappointed in my last visit, ordered berry chia pudding and had 1 strawberry and 10 blueberries on top. Top of cup was nearly empty
because they didn't put enough fruit. Definitely didn't look like the photo on menu. This was my third visit, first visit was amazing I ordered Acai bowl, second and third visit almost no fruit on my pudding and Acai bowl during second visit, back to Jamba I go.

The standard topping on a Berry Chia parfait is what you described, and we do follow the nekter standard to ensure that nutritional info is correct. (We can always add additional toppings if you choose)
Our team really prides themselves on earning 5 star reviews on these channels, and so I’d hate to see them get a poor review only for following “the rules” / nekter standards… I saw that you noted that you loved your açaí bowl, so it sounds like you HAVE had great experiences with us as well!
I tried to locate your order, but was unable to find it. Would you please email me at [email protected] so that we can talk about how to get your feedback to the right people instead of punishing our team for following the rules? Or at least get to the bottom of how to move forward and keep you coming back for your handcrafted items made with whole fresh ingredients & none of the artificial stuff! absolutely love Nekter! sadly this last bowl i got had so many small pieces that were almost like hard chunks of toilet paper. i know it wasn’t but the texture was similar but pink.

Service was quick and friendly here. The acai bowl here was really filling (although be prepared it is a bit pricey ~10 for a bowl). The nice thing though is the bowl was filled with lots of granola and topped with lots of sliced fruit. It could have lasted me two servings. I felt full after eating it.
The food tasted fresh, and I liked how it wasn't overly sweet.
Inside, there was a medium amount of seating, and the area was kept decently clean.

First time customer. Staff helped me choose after I told her what I liked at another place. She asked my preference for tastes and if I had allergies then suggested the chocolate acai bowl. It was very delicious! The fruit was fresh and it was very chocolatey. Can't wait to try their smoothies.

Drove far to get pumpkin special. Out of protein poppers.
Bowl was not full like others.
Parfait did not have equal proportions of chia and pumpkin mousse. It was light on the pumpkin mousse.

The juices, smoothie and açaí bowl were all delicious, the staff was very courteous, and the place was clean. I pre-ordered, and both the smoothie and the açai bowl came out just a little after estimated time, but then they realized the juices had not been made, and instead of putting the frozen items in a cooler while waiting, in this hot heat, regardless of AC, they sat on the counter until the juices were made. That’s why I’m giving it a nine rather than a 10.
