I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews? But honestly, it’s located in NE Fresno so I feel bad for the employees who get the most obnoxious Whole Foods Karen and Becky’s in the comments. Been ordering their food from DoorDash for a while and haven’t had a problem. The food is always delicious and customer service was very polite and patient. The dragonfruit bowl is amazing and one of my favorites here. The smoothies are pretty good here too! Definitely coming back here in person again! 🥥✨

My drinks were great! Customer service was poor wasn’t greeted or Acknowledged it when I walked in. Wasn’t offered cup holders or told to have a nice day when I walked out. The service has gotten worse and worse everytime I go to this location

I ordered a Buzz juice with Cayenne pepper for which I paid extra - I took the juice away and it did not have the pepper. Also, I ordered it online and arrived there on time - but had to wait an additional 10 minutes as the preparation was not even started although there was no one else in line.

Hello im so sorry to hear about that, our acai bowls are made with all natural ingredients so they may not be the sweetest the dragon bowl is really good and popular:)stop by for a acai bowl on us.
2 smoothies and 2 bowls were ready 30 min after time on app (total of about 45-1hr time to make) store had 1 Doordasher and 1 walk in while waiting. Potential there were more prior to that but the order was placed ~10 min after opening. Seems like a one off, every other visit has been great and not that behind.

This location was out of the containers that hold fresh wellness shots. It’s odd considering there’s a Sam’s Club, Costco and a Smart & Final the owners could’ve went to to purchase shot containers to hold them over until their shipment comes. My wellness shots were put in regular 16oz cups & I don’t even know if I got the correct ounces of each shot. Feel like if they’re going to be out of a container they need to have measuring spoons or measuring cups to make sure clients receive the correct amount without under serving them.
