I love their basic celery juice special for 5$. It's simple and tasty and their ginger shot with Cayenne pepper hits the spot. Plus you can earn rewards and easily redeem them.

I didn’t have a good experience the last time I was here but today I mobile ordered before my long commute and it was ready as soon as I got there and the gal was super sweet. My juice was made perfectly thank you

Great friendly staff and amazingly fresh Juices

Overall my experience was OK. I walked in to pick up my online order, no one was at the counter until I walked all the way up and a young lady came from the back. She then proceeds to put my juices in the bag and was already trying to get me on my way but I had to stop her multiple times and tell her I was still missing items. Had to tell her twice. I don’t understand the point of online ordering when you still have to let them know you’re missing items. I was excited to try the new vanillla almond protein balls but was disappointed to find out they didn’t have them. I wasn’t told by the employee that they weren’t available, she had me go grab them off the shelf and that’s when I realized they weren’t there. I asked her about them and she said oh yeah we don’t have them. Knowing ahead of time would be great. Also paid extra for the vanilla chia cashew pudding and of course that too was unavailable. She gave me the peanut butter chia pudding instead. Was a little disappointed trying this location hopefully if there’s a next time everything is in stock.

Service was great! I would love to see more juices with no sugar in them. Like a purely green juice, no fruit.

Girl at the front hardly acknowledged us while ordering. As to why she got our order wrong. I ordered two of the most basic açaí bowls and it took over 15 minutes. The two girls were giggling and messing around the whole time. One of their friends came in and the girls prioritized making that persons order over ours. Which they also received for free! I also ordered a small juice that they did not make. Once I asked for a refund for the juice one of the girls was going to give me a sticky note that would’ve given me a free item with the same amount. I demanded a refund and if it weren’t for the fact that I paid cash I wouldn’t have received a refund. Girl gave me the wrong amount of money. Went back and asked for the correct amount. She rudely handing it to me without saying a word. Don’t waste your time, bowls weren’t good, something I could make at home, very slow and rude service.

Toxin flush was not done like it usually comes, not as fresh and it looked like it had juice. Not happy this visit. Customer service okay.

I order here quite frequently and I have yet to have a bad drink or açaí bowl. I love the pressed juices, toxin flush being my favorite. You can taste the freshness! I’ll always come back.

Nektar juice bar is very vegan friendly and healthy. Never worry about sustituing ingredients.
