I ordered the 3 day juice cleanse online, extremely easy to get, and everything was ready when I arrived. I was a little worried that the juice wouldn’t taste good, but there’s no juice that taste bad.

The juice ordered was undrinkable
It was missing a main ingredient the pineapple . I bought the juice for my wife. Her reaction to the drink was so negative that she does not want me to by a juice drink from your juice bar again.
I am very saddened by her reaction because up to today enjoyed buying juice drinks from your business.

I love Nekter, the Roseville location is amazing and always nails my drink orders and the employees are so friendly. However, every time I’ve ordered a drink at the Fresno Universal Park location the drinks are never made properly, excess juice/coconut water and watered down smoothies and the employees are not friendly.

First time customer and ordered an acai bowl.. definitely is NOT an acai bowl. Not a traditional pure acai bowl at least. There was more juice, bananas and berries in mix than acai. It was so watery. Would be a good smoothie but anyone looking for an acai bowl should look up LovingSeed.

I come in every now and then to get my orange carrot juice. I love how nice everyone is especially Nathan he’s always very welcoming to me and my wife! Will be coming back soon for some more delightful juice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed this order at 8:56 which means it takes 5 to 10 minutes for them to receive the order ticket. Which means at 9:06 they should of gotten the ticket. I came in at 9:36 it was supposed to ready at 9:30. I come in and the guy behind the counter said it wasn’t ready yet. I sit there for 25 minutes watching them not make my order. I go back up to the counter it’s now 10:02. Turns out they made my juices before I got there and forgot about it. They both wasted my time and showed no remorse for having me wait. To top it off my elderberry shot tasted gross like it was old.

Update: called at 7:46 to place a double smoothie order of the same smoothie cause I’m a two minute walk from them, was told they aren’t taking orders anymore. He dishwasher person was finishing up and that’s it.
What’s up with employees who don’t want to work anymore but want $15 an hour and have a tip jar for mindless work? And business owners, your employees who lack productivity aren’t going to help you grow.
5 months ago: Ordered a couple bowls that lacked any kind of flavor in the smoothie base. Both were pitaya and blended separately in front of me but idk what they need to add cause these were so plain. Only thing tasteful was the toppings. Even the vanilla chia pudding sucked.I worked at a Juicery for years, all organic non gmo and packed flavor.
Ginger shot was delicious though if anyone is wondering. They don’t offer cayenne but I seen the shaker bottle so I’m sure you can ask

Hello, I'm so sorry your bowls weren't tasty we add no sugars the only thing I would say to better the bowl is add agave on the inside or add another fruit but the dragon bowl is more of the sweeter ones out of the bowl maybe you can come in and have them remade your two bowls would be on us also if you download our app you get a free 16oz smoothie or juice:). Our freshly made ginger shots come with a choice of black pepper or cayenne just make sure to ask if we forgot to add it in but you can definitely add both!
I can’t believe the comments about the employees being rude. This is why I come here! It’s always a good vibe when walking in and the staff is always super nice! Yeah the juices are a little pricey but you get fresh ingredients. Elderberry and Toxin flush are my favorites! Ginger shots are great if you feel a sickness coming on. If your in a rush, order ahead online. They do get a lot of mobile orders. I’ve never waited more than 10mins for my juice. This ain’t McDonald’s people!
Went this morning to get a juice, been feeling under the weather. Waited for 30 minutes for two large juices, there was NO ONE in line, store was empty, two staff present. Seemed they had mobile orders but for a first time customer walking in to wait 30 minutes, I will never order from there again.
