Mobile ordered and arrived 15 minutes after the estimated pick up time, there were no employees at the front of the store, one employee came from the back and was speaking with an awkwardly low tone, I told him I was there to pick up my order and he grabbed the order receipt from the counter and just started preparing my order, there were no other customers in the store the entire time I entered, waited, and left. I’m not sure why my order was off to the side and not started until I arrived

I ordered online 20 minutes ahead of time and was on time to pick up my order and they hadn't even started my order so then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be ready wasn't happy this time around I love to come there and get my smoothies but I had to get to work and it put me behind schedule and that was the whole purpose of ordering ahead of time
