I ordered ahead online and when I got there the gal was super friendly and helpful. She even made my bowl extra thick. My one note is that when she read back the order and when I tasted it, it neither mentioned nor tasted like the protein boost I added. This has happened before, where extras I have paid for were not given and that in the moment bummed me out so I wanted to let you know that can be an issue and has made me less confident about wanting to return. Otherwise, things have been good and I see an improvement in customer service.

I come in every now and then to get my orange carrot juice. I love how nice everyone is especially Nathan he’s always very welcoming to me and my wife! Will be coming back soon for some more delightful juice.

You didn’t have the protein balls I ordered. So, got the hummus but didn’t get a credit. Took way too long for the order to get into the system. More than 10 minutes lag and a wait in the store on top of that. Hmmm

Both workers ignored me for a few minutes when i walked in (I had a pick up order). When I was finally helped, I felt the worker was doing whatever they could to get rid of me. After handing me my bowl, I asked for a bag because they usually put it in one and they didn’t this time. She ignored me and walked away, dealt with another customer and then asked me “what do you need”. It felt rude, but I patiently told her I needed a bag again. She only partially opened it and left it on the counter. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received, especially as a regular.
