I love Nekter, the Roseville location is amazing and always nails my drink orders and the employees are so friendly. However, every time I’ve ordered a drink at the Fresno Universal Park location the drinks are never made properly, excess juice/coconut water and watered down smoothies and the employees are not friendly.

Unprofessional and disrespectful. I witnessed poor customer service towards someone before me and it almost made me leave. I understand it’s a minimum wage job but this particular “crew” working the day I went in made me question if I wanted them handling something I was about to consume. I think it’s a generational thing - the attitude that they gave; but also a lack of a potential father figure in this young mans life. That being said - choose your employees wisely. They’re going to affect your business.

First time customer and ordered an acai bowl.. definitely is NOT an acai bowl. Not a traditional pure acai bowl at least. There was more juice, bananas and berries in mix than acai. It was so watery. Would be a good smoothie but anyone looking for an acai bowl should look up LovingSeed.

Our regular place was closed that day, and we were doing some shopping in the area so we decided to give Nektar a try. Ordered online so we could grab and go about our busy morning. The product was great but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The employee barely acknowledged our presence. I told her we were picking up an online order and gave her my name. She reached into a below counter fridge and then slapped our order onto the counter and turned and went about other business (though no one else was in the store) and didn't say thank you, do you need anything else, NOTHING. That kind of "service" really turns me off as a customer so I likely will not be back, nor will I recommend to others.

Customer service by Sam wasn’t satisfying, she was trying to rush me when there was no one behind me the place was empty. It was my first time here she wasn’t much help to me to help me with the menu or recommendations for me to try. Everything looks healthy and clean but it would be nice to have better service in the front. Not sure if I’ll try this place again.
