Guy who was closing was very rude. He ignored me and seemed like he didn’t want to take my order. When he finally did I ordered an açaí bowl and he gave me attitude and got my order wrong by giving me the wrong flavor without the toppings I had asked for.
80% of the time they don’t put the vanilla chia in the bowl & don’t tell you they’re out SO THEY CAN OFFER YOU A SUBSTITUTION or a discount! It’s happened to me on 4 occasions now & when I ask, they scramble to get the bucket of cia that’s still more liquid than thick. Idk, kinda sucks because I’d still order the item with a discount & feel okay that I didn’t get “gypped” since I’m not paying for something I didn’t receive. Pretty annoying

Very friendly, great smoothie. There is some confusion because it says you must wear a mask to enter the shop, but none of the employees were wearing masks.

Gal said hello when I walked in, she was in the middle of making a bowl so I went to use the restroom then came back to wait for my online order. She looked for it, apologized for the wait which was not too long and was very nice and the order was correct. I will be back.

Ordered on the app for faster service but still have to wait another 20 minutes on top of the wait that was estimated from the app for the order to complete. This location seems to be short-staffed and not all fruits requested were there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed this order at 8:56 which means it takes 5 to 10 minutes for them to receive the order ticket. Which means at 9:06 they should of gotten the ticket. I came in at 9:36 it was supposed to ready at 9:30. I come in and the guy behind the counter said it wasn’t ready yet. I sit there for 25 minutes watching them not make my order. I go back up to the counter it’s now 10:02. Turns out they made my juices before I got there and forgot about it. They both wasted my time and showed no remorse for having me wait. To top it off my elderberry shot tasted gross like it was old.
