It was just OK this time. I ordered 2 Frankenstein smoothies on the app and when I went to pick them up, they were ready, but they forgot the chocolate drizzle and just poured in chocolate sauce when I mentioned it. It didn't look like the picture, and I don't know if the right chocolate was even used.

My nephew gets a smoothie that is not on the menu and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure it’s done correctly!

Ordered a bowl, got a smoothie in a cracked cup. Horrible service and poor quality product. Not impressed with the unfriendly staff that didn’t even try to make it right.

I love getting smoothies here. My son and I have been sick and we needed a pick me up. I was also very thankful that one of your staff was willing to bring the drinks to my car while my son slept. I didn’t want to wake up my baby and come inside. They were kind and willing to help a Mom out when we were under the weather. Thank you so much!

I tried to order a custom smoothie. Like I always do and she says we don’t do that . Stop being lazy $15 shakes make what I request. Today at 9 am like really it’s a shake place your telling me you can’t put lemon in it ???????

I ordered the Strawberry Banana Protein smoothie, and it's really yummy, though they will ask what type of protein you want in the shake. There's two types. Sorry, I can't remember the other one, but I got the wheat protein. I also got the Kirby Berry Dream Skoop, limited time only, and it's more like a sherbet than an ice cream in a cup. It has strawberry and banana in it. It's super yummy, too. Hope this review helps everyone! Cheers for July 2023!

Amazing first experience and my smoothie was delicious!

I've only ordered through the app a couple of times but find it much quicker and the smoothie more enjoyable to go in person. The app pickup time seems about 3Xs longer than going in person. I'd love the app if the pickup time was accurate. I know you put my order on ice until I get there but my smoothie is thinning when I pick it up if I go by the app. If I'm heading home, I put it in my freezer for about 15 minutes to get it back to perefect consistancy. Thanks, LOVE your smoothies!!

At an earlier visit, I was told I'd receive a free drink if I downloaded your app. I did and that didn't seem to be true. Also, the app told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes - slowed down from the initial 10 minutes while I was ordering. I was only minutes from my local Necter so I went right over believing they must be busy. No, my drink was almost ready in 5 minutes. I believe I'll walk in from now on. It was more of a hassle using the app than I've ever had walking in. Smoothies are great!!!
