Your staff was dismissive . You had 4 staff on three were hanging out in back and one in the front of building . When. I asked your staff if they got the whey protein in my smoothie she had her back to me and responded rudely “ya” and then put my drink on counter and walked into the back with the rest of your staff as they were laughing watching videos on instagram

Hello, Our smoothies were tasty, but mine (PB Health Nut) had an extremely hard nut in it that was ROCK hard. It was so large & hard that I could have chipped a tooth on it. I was able to spit it out and still could not break it. Kind of scary!

My order was wrong. I ordered two of the Peanut Butter Protein Smoothies and a strawberry banana smoothie. Unfortunately the two PBP were just the plain Peanut Butter Health nut smoothie. ☹️ Not nearly as decadent as the PB protein smoothie!

Love your smoothies and bowls. We only live here for 3-4 months a year and just discovered Nektur. It is very good, and refreshing. I have stopped going to Starbucks since coming to Nektur. Great place.

solid, although weirdly misleading menu. for smoothies there are 3 sizes if you specifically say “large” even though there’s only two sizes on the board. would help to include all the sizes available.

You make the best smoothies compared to other locations

I order from the Arrowhead location quite often. I work just next door. I live in anthem which is closer to the Dove Valley location. My last 2 orders from the Dove Valley location were NOT great. I ordered a large smoothie on the app yesterday. Pick up was ready and everyone was friendly. Got in my car and starting drinking on the way home. It was really thin or liquidy...not thick at all like usual. Almost like it was missing a bunch of the fruit and hence flavor. I was already on I-17 and not wanting to turn around and have them remake. This is the 2nd time at this location that this has happened. Not sure if they are skimping on ingredients or just not make properly. For 12.00 is should be delish like at the other locations. Other locations like Scottsdale and Desert Ridge are on point as well. Just not sure the problem at Dove Valley. I will avoid that location if possible. It's really close to my home, so I wish it wasn't the case.

I asked for no agave and my smoothie did have agave and was too sweet for me so I was disappointed. I did not have time to go back in so kept it as-is. I usually do not have this issue but it has happened the last two visits.

Love the smoothies and the people are great there!

I usually love the AB/PB health nut smoothie but it was very foamy today and not very good.

Smoothies are great like always.
