I ordered online, so I really didn't interact at all with your employees other than the staff member who had my bowl ready and in the cooler waiting for me to pick it up, so as far as I'm concerned with today's order, it was great.

I visit two locations. Dove Valley always knocks it out of the park! Service and product are always better than my other location. Why do I continue to visit the other location and not always Dove Valley? It’s 20 miles away and closer to where I live.

Fast and easy, welcoming staff

Ordering and picking up order were very fast. Staff was friendly and quick. Overall I feel like it’s very expensive for a açaí bowl, especially when my daughter doesn’t want granola or any type of protein boost. It will continue to be a VERY occasional treat for her since it’s so expensive for what we get. But service by staff is great and they are all doing a wonderful job.

I visit this location often and always have a great experience. The workers are very friendly and quick.

It tasted cery well, however, the bowl was too liquidy for my pleasure. I prefer it to be more thicker than runny.

Everytime we order the yummy waffles, they give them to us with the box upside down. Makes a mess. Still yummy but messy.

The dove valley location is always so clean. The crew is always busy.

I love the Dove Valley location. I’ve only received friendly accurate service. I also visit the Paradise Valley location, they would benefit from from some training from the Dove Valley location.

The girl who gave me my order seemed to have an attitude that I walked up to the register to get my pick up order, rather than going to the pick up side of the counter. I only went to the cashier side because that’s where she was standing when I walked in. Other than that, my smoothie was tasty & I’ll return again. She could have just been having a bad day. Which I understand happens. :)
