Customer service has consistently been disappointing, with the exception of the older woman who appears to be a manager—she is always pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, the younger staff rarely smile, greet customers, or seem happy to be there. It’s gotten to the point where I no longer feel inclined to tip. A simple “Hi, how are you?” would go a long way, but instead, I’m usually met with “Here to pick up an order?”—which feels impersonal and unwelcoming. I truly enjoy the food, and that’s the only reason I continue to come back.

I came in during a morning rush, so the staff was working hard to take care of everyone. Totally understandable. The delay occurred because my mobile order had been prepared and placed in the cooler. I didn't know it was in there, so I was waiting for an order to appear on the counter. Finally I was asked which order I was waiting for and they figured out that it was in the cooler. I like that the food was being kept chilled, but I was waiting longer than necessary because I didn't know the food was already made.

It was great! There wasn’t a lot of service involved. I ordered online, I walked over to Nektar and I was handed my drink. Smooth

Shoutout to the team at the Dove Valley location for helping me this past week! When I mentioned that my drink had added ginger but I couldn’t taste it, they offered to make more ginger juice. It made my drink nice and spicy—just how I like it—and she was happy to help.

The smoothies were too soupy. Maybe don’t blend them for as long.
